Rosehip fruit (Rosae pseudo-fructus), Melissa leaves (Melissae folium), Camomile blossoms (Matricariae flos), Linden blossoms (Tiliae flos).
Preparation and Use
Add 200 ml of hot but not boiling water on 1 teabag and cover. Leave for 10–15 minutes to infuse until the best features of the herbs are revealed, then strain off. Drink a cup of tea 2 times daily.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Not to be consumed by people sensitive to the ingredients of the tea. Store in a dry and well-ventilated room.
