Ingredients

Rosehip fruit (Rosa spp., pseudo fructus), Taraxacum root (Taraxacum officinale, radix), Sambucus nigra fruit (Sambucus nigra, fructus), Coriander fruit (Coriandrum sativum, fructus), Rowan fruit (Sorbus aucuparia, fructus), Yarrow herb (Achillea millefolium, herba), Liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra, radix).

Contains liquorice – moderate consumption is advised for people with hypertension.

Preparation and Use

Add 200 ml of hot but not boiling water on 1 teabag and cover. Leave for 10–15 minutes to infuse until the best features of the herbs are revealed, then strain off. Drink a cup of tea 2 times daily.
