Ingredients
Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale, radix), Blackcurrant leaves (Ribes nigrum, folium), Burdock root (Arctium spp., radix), Viola tricolor grass (Viola tricolor, herba), Strawberry leaves (Fragaria spp., folium), Common horsetail grass (Equisetum arvense, herba), Birch leaves (Betula spp., folium).
Preparation and Use
Add 200 ml of hot but not boiling water on 1 teabag and cover. Leave for 10–15 minutes to infuse until the best features of the herbs are revealed, then strain off. Drink a cup of tea 2 times daily.
